a letter to Monsieur Georges Avenelle Architecte
37 rue Thiers in Rouen Seine Inférieure (Infre).
Most likely the two were related.
The whereabouts of the letter are not known but the cover of the letter was sold via the website Delcampe.
Several stamps can be found on the cover:

– Rouen R.P. Seine INFre 19-10-1937
So it took the letter “Par Avion” 3 days to go from Ouarzazate to Rouen.
